Went in for rattle in engine area. They diagnosed the problem as drive belt tensioner issue. After 8hrs (additional labor charge after stating struggles installing) I received my vehicle back with the same rattle upon start up. I had to be somewhere so carried on with a 5hr drive. Later I checked the drive belt and noticed it was only partially on! Once back in town they immediately took my vehicle at 8am and by 4pm the problem was fixed. They blamed the problem on a faulty part and must have slipped off track during the test drive. My mechanically savy friends say this is highly unlikely. Either way after a road test one would expect the part tested would be reviewed prior to releasing to customer. End state was a charge of $500 for a new part and installation which didn't remedy the initial problem that bought me to the shop (rattle was from the radiator). Furthermore, a risk of a drive belt slipping or breaking off during long distance travels. Plus side they took my car in to fix the issue immediately .

I am very impressed with the staff and quality of service. I usually come in for a uhaul trailer rental about once a month to get hay and after doing so for the last year and a half, I've gotten to know them. When it came time to get my rear brakes done, they were the first garage that came to mind and I'm glad I called them. They did the work in the time frame they quoted and within the price range too.
Very fast, had my vehicle towed there. Called me with the issues right away had it fixed in a day. Awesome service.
