Impossible to buy something that is not in stock. Twice we have tried to buy lattice that seems to be unique and is actually listed in the flyer but staff would not order a piece for us because it was not in stock. Also this store today was cash only. Good luck selling much.
The only reason I ever shop at RONA is for the convinience. Almost everything they sell is 15% more expensive than Home Hardware or Home Depot.
Very friendly helpful staff. Selection is less than bigger stores but they should be able order anything you can find on their website.
