Buyer be warned. You may luck out and get something nice but Kevin and his staff do not listen and take extraordinary creative licence that could have a negative impact on your special event. We were horribly disappointed in Kevins flowers and he took no responsibility when we were unhappy. He took our money and told us his work was great even though it was completely wrong for the occasion. The arrangements were so tacky we couldnt even use them. We had to go to another florist for last minute replacements.
Amazing customer service, I ordered online and typed in my credit card info wrong without realizing, they still made sure they delivered the flowers on time and a very sweet lady called and told me and said it wasn't a problem and not to worry and I gave her the number over the phone so she could charge me. What other company would ever do that?! so kind. My friend was very surprised and she said they were very beautiful - so glad I trusted Kevin's Flowers.
Kevin is very welcoming and freindly, not to mention reasonably priced. Would defiantly recommend him for all your floral needs and special occasions.
Kevin created the most appalling arrangements for my fathers funeral. One had an 8 inch glittery reindeer, another had a large plastic fawn and doe statue. We requested green and white with natural elements as my fathers loved the outdoors. Kevin used purple, yellow, red and green pulling from all areas of the colour wheel and the arrangements were far too big to use. We specifically requested nothing too fall like and they were riddled with fake fall leaves and pine cones. There were very few actual flowers, they were mostly pine bows that was more suited for Christmas at the hunt camp than a funeral. To make matters worse when I called to have them returned he blamed me, charged us full price and was so rude and defensive he had me in tears. Our family was hosting a lunch after the funeral and we had to hide the arrangements.
BEST florist to get! Kevin and his team did my flowers for my wedding and was patient and completely understood my vision! Would recommend 11/10!
